Our software manages archiving which asks for additional
precautions to give to the documents a proof
of value : date, hour, document owner
authentication, historic of transactions
made on documents...
Thanks to
Acropolis all types (mails, invoices,
delivery orders ...) and natures (paper,
fax, e-mails...) of documents can be
archived (automatically or not) in Acropolis
or on external support. Researches are
easy : online document can be found with key
words, according to the context...in case of
external stocking, Acropolis point out where
and on which media is placed the document.
The user can publish its documents under
files with automatic contents and
pagination.
