Based on the Business Process
Management, the "Workflow"
covers the concept of electronic tasks
automation. The circulation of documents
will be predetermined in Acropolis thanks to
more or less complex process. They allow
several actors to take place in a common
process in which everyone will have a role
to play.
To give a precise answer to
the various needs of organizations, Acropolis includes
two types
of Workflow : the "ad hoc"
Workflow based on a collaborative model (each participant
gives a role to the following participant),
and the procedural Workflow which is
base on the company business process (pre-established procedures)
and will be more or less fiwed.
